SERVERS WITH BAR EXPERIENCE

We are seeking a skilled experienced Server to join our team. The ideal candidate must be over 21 years of age and have a MINIMUM of two years serving / bar experience, along with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests in a fun, fast-paced, upscale environment. Familiarity of Golf a plus but not necessary. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages to customers following standard recipes and using proper techniques - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the cash register - Maintain cleanliness of the dining and bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed - Upsell additional products and LTO's when appropriate to maximize sales Experience: - Must be 21 years of age or older (40's, 50's, 60's are encouraged to apply) Male or Female - Two plus years previous experience in a server and bartending role, in a fast-paced environment - Experience in setting up Banquets and working Special Events a plus - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with patrons - Familiarity with cash handling procedures and maintaining a balanced cash drawer - Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods - Background in the food industry is mandatory - Able to work rotating weekends and some holidays - TIPS Certified and / or Food Safety / ServSafe certificate or willingness to pursue This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Server / Bartender to showcase their skills in a dynamic environment.
