The Wild Artichoke is looking for a Prep Cook / Kitchen Assistant who wants more than just another kitchen job.

We’re a small, chef-driven restaurant in Yorba Linda, which means every person on our team matters.

We’re looking for someone who has some kitchen experience, works clean and organized, moves with purpose, and genuinely wants to improve their cooking skills.

You’ll start with prep and kitchen support, but if you show consistency, responsibility, and the desire to learn, there is room to grow into pantry and line positions.

We can teach technique.
We can teach our food.
But work ethic, reliability, and the desire to improve have to come from you.

Part-time or full-time opportunities available.
