Part-Time Social Media Coordinator & Office Assistant

The Chamber is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to support our marketing efforts, events, and daily office operations.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn)
  • Create and schedule content, events, and promotions
  • Monitor analytics and engagement
  • Update and maintain the Chamber website and events calendar
  • Post member job opportunities and business updates
  • Create and schedule weekly email newsletters
  • Assist with Chamber events (ribbon cuttings, GROW Awards, annual banquet, community events)
  • Provide general office support: answering phones, business referrals, distributing flyers, and assisting with Chamber Bucks

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with social media and basic website updates preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Professional and friendly demeanor

Part-time hours with some evening/weekend event availability required.
