I am an Electrical Engineer and a certified nutrition and wellness coach who has spent the last 5-plus years researching nutrition and working with clients. I am an author and a speaker. I share my knowledge of how our bodies work to help clients reverse T2 diabetes and lose weight naturally without deprivation.

As someone who grew up in India, I did not know much about nutrition. When I came to the USA, I felt like a kid in a candy store. I wanted to try all the goodness the US food industry had to offer. I thought I was eating healthy, but I was overeating and binge-eating, and within a short period, I became diabetic.
