Young Professional Staffing Solutions

Kimberly Mitchell is an educator with over 20 years of experience in k-12 education where she spent eight of those years as a school administrator in Queens. Her passion and love for working with young people have led her to start YPSS to fill a gap that exists between the business and education worlds by providing employment opportunities and access to young professionals. Kimberly's experience as an educator presented a need for these two worlds to work together to ensure young adults can find employment once they graduate from school thereby decreasing the unemployment rate of young adults between the ages of 17-24.

YPS Solutions opened in 2016 to provide employment opportunities and access to young professionals and business industry leaders in South East Queens and the Greater New York City area. We identify high-quality talent and match them with the needs of our business clients to increase productivity and growth.
