Hello! I am Elisabeth Smith, founder of Conscious Living Wellness Services, LLC. I am a psychotherapist and LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), licensed in both Idaho (LCSW-40482) and California (LCSW-96878). I live in the Boise, ID area, but have also lived in numerous places around California throughout my life. I am currently accepting new patients for telehealth (virtual) therapy for residents living in Idaho and California. I received my Master’s of Social Work from California State University, Stanislaus.

My experience includes working in residential treatment facilities, working with families within foster care and child welfare systems, non-profit community agencies, government agencies; psychiatric inpatient hospitals, and outpatient clinics for mental health services. I have experience working with adults, at-risk youth, teens, and children who deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues.
