Prior to understanding the life changing concepts behind valuing how people are wired differently, I found myself frustrated, annoyed and judgmental of others who didnt think, act or respond the same way I did. And then one day, out of nowhere, it occurred to me. . . not everyone thinks like I do. Seriously. . . It is one of the most powerful ah-has of my entire life and from that point forward, Ive had an insatiable desire to learn more about how to value people for their differences rather than judge them.
