I am a big fan of people and love helping .

I began in Education, working as a teacher and administrator for young children for close to 30 years.

Since 2017, I have enjoyed working in Mental/Behavioral Health as a coach; helping others breakthrough challenges . I use my lived experience, my education and mental health strategies in my coaching practice.

Life's too short to be unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled.

Some of what I do includes; helping people bounce back from toxic relationships,

couples reconnect to optimize their relationship,

provide parenting strategies that are mutually respectful; and a variety of other relationship concerns.

the relationship with yourself and with your loved ones.
