Gypse Haus Meads

Gypse Haus Meads are made with Idaho sourced ingredients that are kept as pure and raw as the day they were harvested. We use raw honey created in Washington and Adams Counties and gather or purchase our fruit from the wild or local growers. We try to only obtain fruits grown with organic methods, though not necessarily organically certified.

We do not add sulfites to our meads.

Fruits are always frozen processed for the clearest juice extraction possible, while maintaining all the nutrients that we love from them. Pumpkins are oven roasted however to get the best flavor possible for our Pumpkin Mead.

Only brewed in glass, our mead is sweet and true to flavor, often tasting like it was picked right off the tree.
