The Mighty Microgreen

The lack of opportunities for children in an urban environment to grow their own food was the impetus to develop this unique children's science box.

Our affordable, hands-on microgreen subscription kits help children experience the joy of growing their own food while exploring the natural sciences and more. With new seeds, activities, and everything included to grow and learn, children from preschool to age 11 will be engaged and excited to receive their very own package in the mail each month.

Our development team includes teachers, a G/T curriculum developer, life-long gardeners, and women who understand children and the needs of today.

Unlike outside gardens, microgreens are available to everyone, urban and rural. Growing our own fresh food is an important skill that very few children have the opportunity to learn. To combine growing their own food with the development of critical thinking skills in a unique and child-friendly way is my dream- and The Mighty Microgreen is the answer.
