Founded in 1937 by F.E (Ed) Rosendahl and joined by Gordon Forsyth in 1954, our office has been serving clients in the area for over 3 generations. Our experienced attorneys and staff understand that legal services are sometimes new, somewhat foreign to most people. We will talk with you, to make sure you understand what is going on so you can make an informed decision regarding your issue. The practice includes serving a variety of clients ranging from multi-generational farm clients and lenders to first-time business and home buyers, insolvent consumers, or those who are involved in juvenile court matters.

Continuing in the practice today are attorneys David Forsyth and E. James Rosendahl, it is their goal to continue the tradition of listening carefully to your problems and concerns while planning a course of action with you and your family in mind.
