Since our founding in 1977, Hospice of the Valley has steadfastly carried out its mission: We bring comfort, dignity, and compassionate care to our community.

We deliver care in the familiar surroundings of patients' homes or wherever they live. Members of the hospice team make house calls much like family doctors did years ago.

As the leading provider of hospice care in Arizona, we also offer a full spectrum of services, including pediatric care, dementia care, pulmonary care, and palliative care for those suffering chronic illness.

We strive to meet the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of our patients, families, and caregivers.
