I started this community because empowering the world starts with empowering women. That change is created by small steps inspired by powerful ideas. And this continuation of empowerment is not a one-way road, but rather a two-lane highway.

This space has been created for women to have the tools and resources not just to embody and lead empowered lifestyles, but in return empower the world around her.

Women will cohesively strengthen their minds, bodies, and souls through meditation, movement, and uniting women by sharing the experiences and techniques of rad Womeness.
