Become a Subscriber

Become a subscriber to WARDEX, the Western Arizona REALTOR® Data Exchange, and integrate seamlessly into the real estate industry. Start by obtaining a real estate license from your State's Department of Real Estate. Next, choose a brokerage to affiliate your license with and join an Association of REALTORS®. Membership in WARDEX requires joining through one of our Shareholder Associations, who will guide you through the application process and assist with the necessary paperwork. Upon submission of your application and payment of WARDEX MLS fees, you will receive a welcome email detailing MLS access and mandatory training.
