Bullhead City Property Management & Sales offers a variety of secure payment options for tenants. Effective immediately, all transactions must be conducted using personal checks, cashier's checks, or money orders. Cash payments are strictly prohibited due to the rise in counterfeit bills. For convenience, tenants may also pay their rent online via ZEGO, provided payments are made by the 5th of each month. It is important to note that personal checks will not be accepted after the rent due date. For any inquiries, tenants are encouraged to contact the office directly.
