Wood Solutions, a contractor based in the Pacific Northwest, recently undertook the Watershed Park project, a comprehensive exterior renovation of a 26-unit townhome complex in Kirkland, WA. The project involved replacing all existing siding with Hardie Plank, upgrading the gypsum sheathing to DensGlass Gold, and installing new Milgard windows and sliding glass doors. Additionally, modern aluminum deck railings were installed, and the complex was completely repainted. Despite challenges posed by one of the wettest seasons and unique window specifications for each unit, the project was successfully completed with meticulous attention to detail.
