Over the past 8 years, in partnership with Steven Pritulsky and the Watt Family from Santa Monica, Mr. Timm has successfully completed numerous residential projects, including detached, attached, and high-rise developments. These ventures have consistently achieved successful outcomes, contributing to the vibrant housing market in Arizona.
