End of Life Care

End of Life Care provides additional support to clients and families during the final stages of life. We often supplement the services of licensed hospice agencies, working in collaboration to deliver continuous care. Our services include assistance with medication, bathing, oral care, changing briefs, meal preparation, household duties, and companionship. Our goal is to ensure that clients are comfortable and their families are supported during this difficult time.
