The Home Ownership Center (HOC) at Interfaith Community Housing of Delaware, Inc. (ICHDE) provides comprehensive housing counseling services aimed at fostering financial literacy and promoting sustainable homeownership. Established as the first NeighborWorks America Home Ownership Center in Delaware, the HOC has assisted over 17,000 clients since 2006. The center offers workshops on foreclosure prevention, financial education, budgeting, credit repair, and first-time homebuying, with all programs available in English and Spanish. Committed to fair housing, the HOC works to dismantle barriers to homeownership and promote financial security.
