EMCID offers community development grants twice a year to nonprofit organizations and city or county governments. These grants, up to $5,000, are designed to fund projects benefiting residents within EMCID's boundaries. Applications are reviewed in April and October, and the process requires a Texas Ethics Commission Form 1295 for nonprofit organizations.
