The HRA operates a Community Housing Development Organization that provides unique homeownership opportunities through a Contract for Deed arrangement. Under this program, three homes have been sold with no down payment required, and the loan payments are set at 25% of the buyer's monthly adjusted gross income. If any of these homes revert back to the HRA, they are promptly advertised to attract new eligible buyers, ensuring ongoing access to affordable housing and promoting community stability.
