The Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program is a voluntary initiative designed for participants of the Housing Choice Voucher program. Through this program, participants receive personalized support from an FSS coach, who assists them in overcoming barriers to employment and accessing essential resources. The goal of the FSS program is to empower individuals and families to achieve financial independence and self-sufficiency by helping them set and reach their personal and professional goals.
