Qualified applicants must complete at least 250 volunteer hours and attend financial literacy and home maintenance classes. Approved homebuyers receive an affordable mortgage, thanks to the support of donors and volunteers. While most building materials must be purchased, local financial support is crucial to sustaining our mission.
