HopeLink of Southern Nevada’s Diversion Program aims to prevent homelessness by guiding families and individuals toward alternative, viable solutions. Through innovative problem-solving discussions and unique approaches, our specially trained case managers strive to prevent people from entering the homelessness system. This proactive program is supported in part by the Health Plan of Nevada and NV Energy, emphasizing our commitment to effective, community-based solutions.
