Reservations, Scheduling, and Cancellations

For convenient and efficient transportation with South Central Illinois Mass Transit District (SCT), customers are required to make reservations by calling 1-800-660-7433 at least one day in advance. Please note that reservations made past 3:30 P.M. the day before service cannot be guaranteed. Customers opting for same-day service within city limits will incur a "same-day service" fare of $5.00 per trip. For same-day service outside city limits, please contact the dispatching department for further details. While the dispatcher will not confirm appointments, they may adjust pick-up or delivery times as needed to ensure efficiency. Riders are encouraged to be ready 15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time, as drivers will wait no longer than five (5) minutes past the arrival time before proceeding. With these procedures in place, SCT prioritizes punctuality and reliability for all passengers.
