Join us for Basketball events at Mesquite Senior Games! Compete in Free Throw, Hot Shot, and 3-Point Shooting competitions. In the Free Throw event, take 25 shots from the foul line. Test your skills in Hot Shot as you have 60 seconds to shoot from various spots with different point values. In the 3-Point Shooting contest, shoot 5 balls from 5 racks, with the first 4 balls worth 1 point each and the final ball worth 2 points. Participants compete in the order of sign-up, and non-marking "court" shoes are required. Check-in begins at 9:30 am, with the competition starting at 10:00 am on March 16, 2024, at the City of Mesquite Rec Center, 100 Old Mill Road, Mesquite, NV 89027.
