Addressing disproportionality in child welfare, our She Navigator Program bridges cultural gaps and provides advocacy for families involved in the child welfare system. Volunteers from the community serve as liaisons, ensuring cultural competence and fairness while advocating for the needs of marginalized communities. Together, we work towards equity and justice within the child welfare system.
