The Homeowner Rehabilitation Assistance (HRA) program, facilitated by Fort Hood Area Habitat for Humanity, offers essential support for homeowners in need of reconstruction or replacement of their housing. This initiative includes services such as the reconstruction of owner-occupied housing, new construction to replace existing manufactured housing units, and assistance for properties affected by disasters or condemnation.
