When you submit a maintenance request on your tenant portal, we consult with the owner before dispatching a vendor to address the issue. Once approved, the vendor either fixes the problem or provides an estimate for repairs, with funds allocated from the owner. This ensures that your maintenance needs are taken seriously and addressed efficiently.
