HCC Network in Carrollton, MO, actively supports clinical training for future healthcare professionals through partnerships with the West Central Missouri Area Health Education Center (AHEC). Experienced providers and clinic staff serve as mentors, offering learning opportunities for health professions students. The initiative aims to grow the rural healthcare workforce, providing shadowing experiences for high school and undergraduate pre-health students, as well as clinical rotations, internships, and practicums for health profession students.
