On Auction Day, as the auction draws to a close, all successful bidders will receive a detailed invoice, meticulously itemizing your auction purchases under your registered bidder number. To facilitate a smooth and accurate title transfer for all titled purchases, you'll find a link to a title transfer questionnaire in your email. We kindly request that you complete this questionnaire with precision. Once we have received your completed questionnaire, we will promptly issue a new invoice, adjusting for any revisions in licensing fees as necessary. In the same email, we will furnish a link to schedule an appointment for the completion of all requisite title paperwork at our office, where payments will also be conveniently accepted. We aim to streamline the process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our valued customers.
