The Eagle Eyes program is proving highly beneficial for team members with disabilities who cannot use a computer mouse. They are learning to control the mouse with their eyes, primarily through gaming, to assess their capabilities and become familiar with the program. Despite limitations due to eye strain, their excitement and smiles while using the program for basic tasks are uplifting.
