UCPNV's team members gain retail experience by working at their thrift stores in Reno and Elko, where they handle tasks like processing donations, organizing clothes, tagging items, and stocking shelves. They are also encouraged to showcase their creativity through specialty displays for various items. This paid work experience fosters self-worth, independence, and teamwork skills, preparing them for future community employment.
