Alta Mira Specialized Family Services Inc.’s Customized Community Supports (CCS) provide individuals with preferences and choices designed to measure progress toward desired outcomes specific to an Individual Service Plan (ISP). Supports are designed to increase independence and establish or strengthen interpersonal relationships by joining networks and participating in typical community life.
