Our proprietary Flexologist Training Program is the only accredited-assisted stretching program. The Institute for Credentialing Excellence, the leading international membership organization representing the credentialing community, has officially recognized StretchLab's FTP program. During their required 60-70+ hours of theory and hands-on training, our Flexologists learn the muscular system, a variety of assisted stretches, and exactly how to work with a variety of clients from professional athletes, weekend warriors, those recovering from an injury, and clients of all ages and body types.
