This is a nonrefundable deposit on a whole pastured broiler chicken. The cost per pound is $5.00. Chickens are expected to weigh between 4 and 5 lbs. At the time of pick up the customer will be charged the remaining balance minus the $10.00 deposit. Customers will be contacted the week birds are butchered to arrange to pick up. The chickens for the July pick-up will be of the Red-Ranger variety.
