Separate from its conflict resolution services, CDC Integrated Services provides a range of supply chain management services encompassing planning and management of activities involved in sourcing and procurement (both contracts and purchasing), and pertinent logistics management activities as it relates to Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for its clients.

CDCI evaluates the procedures and processes its clients use for integrating the various functions and business processes within and across departments, divisions, and projects to assure maximum alignment of client and third-party objectives.
