We’re Shane and Kalie Tooke, the winemakers at Water Canyon Winery. We are passionate about the natural wine that is grown and produced in our vineyard. We let grapes do what comes naturally to them; honoring the fruit in its purest form with no added sulfites, preservatives, or enzymes.
