Bed Bugs reside indoors, mostly in homes and public spaces. These are nocturnal, reddish-brown parasites with flat bodies that feed on the blood of people using something called a proboscis (basically its mouth is used to suck blood).
How do Bed Bugs end up in my home or workspace? Oftentimes, these parasites are found in a variety of different public spaces such as hotels, office buildings, nursing homes, schools, daycares, dormitories, hospitals, shopping centers, airports, movie theaters, and museums. Unknowingly though, they catch rides on peoples’ clothing, bags, and even skin to find their way into your home or office. From there, they begin the infestation process.
