What is Acro & Tumble? A & T is a competitive team sport derived from gymnastics, acrobatics, power tumbling, and competitive cheer. A & T is an NCAA sport offering college scholarships at D1, D2, and D3 levels at nearly 40 universities across the country.
Training: Stunt & Pyramid Building, Basket Tosses, Power Tumbling
A focused training ground for all-star and/or school cheerleaders to perfect their skill sets, as well as an avenue for gymnasts to utilize their abilities en route to a Collegiate Acrobatics and Tumbling Career.
