The Heart of Texas Historical Museum moved the WWII vintage control tower from its original location at Curtis Field to its new home behind the museum in downtown Brady. It has been completely restored to its original configuration, including the replica of the actual control tower. The museum also acquired the Curtis Field Guard Shack and the remains of the POW Camp Guard Shack from Camp Brady.
