Public Agency Grass Replacement Rebate

As the State’s water supplies continue to be challenged by drought, West Basin continues to provide incentives for those who are ready to take the next step in creating a more sustainable drought-tolerant landscape. Public agencies can now take advantage of the Public Agency Grass Replacement Program, which offers increased incentives for the transformation of publicly-owned spaces in the West Basin service area.
