The Neighborhood Center of West Volusia also assists with utility bills electric, gas, and water.
At the present time, we are only able to help with a utility payment once every six months.
The Neighborhood Center recognizes the need in the community for assistance with rent.
There are always certain qualifications for this assistance dependent on the guidelines of the funding.
