Represent and advise individuals and licensed fiduciaries in their roles as executors, special administrators, and trustees. Assess multiple wills and trusts for appropriate court filings and administration procedures. Prepare and coordinate multiple petitions for probate, including statutory requirements and notices, sale of property, distributions, accountings, ancillary proceedings, and reports to the probate court. Advise trustees to ensure probate code compliance related to notices, accountings, management of assets, distributions, and all related trust administration procedures.
