The Athlete Leadership Program empowers athletes to build leadership skills, share their voices, and make a positive impact within Special Olympics Arizona and their communities. Through hands-on training, public speaking opportunities, teamwork, and advocacy, participants gain the confidence to inspire others, promote inclusion, and help shape programs that create meaningful opportunities for athletes of all abilities.
