Recognizing foster youth as the highest population in need, Be A Mentor has partnered with a statewide network of agencies to connect foster children in California with caring adult mentors. This initiative utilizes a Volunteer Management System (VMS) to address the extreme challenges faced by vulnerable foster youth.
