These classes equip individuals with the knowledge to react quickly and respond correctly in an emergency. Participants learn to deal with severe choking, stopping blood loss, identifying stroke and heart attack signs, handling severe allergic reactions, administering an Epipen, handling environmental emergencies, interceding during poison exposure, treating burns, and attending to broken bones and sprains.
