During the COVID-19 pandemic, Klimt served as a subcontractor for the Fair Housing Foundation, offering outreach and one-on-one application assistance for the LA County Rent Relief Program and the California COVID-19 Rent Relief Program (Housing is Key). They assisted residents across LA County, Orange County, San Bernardino, and Riverside, and from across the state.
