The Cosumnes PBA offers hands-on training, mentorship, and shared equipment to build local capacity for safe prescribed fire management. This training develops skilled community members, increases prescribed fire knowledge, strengthens collaboration, and empowers residents to safely manage fuels and reduce wildfire risk. Participants can gain hands-on fire experience and learn essential prescribed fire skills.
