I work with charities, CICs, faith groups and community organisations to deliver engaging talks, workshops and programmes that make healthier eating and sustainable habits feel more accessible and achievable. I want to help people feel more confident about looking after their health.

I’m currently partnering with Mushkil Aasaan in Tooting to deliver a monthly, culturally relevant community drop‑in, offering a warm, welcoming space for local people to access practical support.
